The operator needs to wear the protective clothing and glasses.

Operate the roller conveyor when all the indicators reach the normal values. If any index is abnormal, power off the roller conveyor shot blasting machine immediately. Deal with the defect before turning on the roller conveyor shot blasting machine.

When the roller conveyor shot blasting machine is in operation, it is necessary for the operator to check whether there is an abnormal sound for the roller conveyor shot blasting machine and overheating for all its parts. When there are serious defects during the operation, the operator should immediately press the "emergency stop" button to shut down the roller conveyor shot blasting machine and help the professionals check the machine.

It is necessary to clean up the dust and debris inside the dust collector weekly in order to prevent the effect of the roller conveyor shot blasting machine on the dust removal, and to ensure the intact rate of the shot blasting machine.

The operator must safely operate the roller conveyor shot blasting machine and strictly obey the shift change principle.

Immediately turn off the roller conveyor shot blasting machine when it finishes working so as to prevent keeping it in operating conditions, and clean the work site.
